Forrest Walkabout
Posted on May 14, 2010
From May 13 to August 8 Emily Forrest will be walking 2,995 km of Nova Scotia’s coastline, covering approximately 40 km a day and stopping in over 88 communities.
Emily is walking to promote Heart&Stroke Walkabout and Brigadoon Children’s Camp. Her joy of walking is a great example of the culture Walkabout works to instill in all Nova Scotians.
You can follow Emily’s progress via [email protected] on Facebook.
You can also track your own steps this summer through the Walkabout website. It’s free to join.
