The Chebucto Community Health Team, as part of the new Spryfield Wellness Center (16 Dentith Rd), services residents and citizens who live, work or have a family doctor in the communities from Armdale to Sambro and the Pennants areas. Join our FREE Healthy Lifestyles Series and walk with us every Mon and Wed from 3-4pm (moderate pace). Or join us Mondays at the Spryfield Lions Arena at 11am-noon for a more leisurely paced walk.
