Three successful applicants will receive Heart&Stroke Walkabout™ Walkability Award and will be recognized with a plaque, photograph and media release
Nominations
• Nominate any community, school, workplace or public institution
• Nominations can be submitted by individuals who are not associated with the nominated project
• Nominations will be reviewed and assessed by committee
Remember – No project is too small or too large to be nominated, and individuals can nominate others
Deadline for Application is 4:00pm, January 15, 2013

We will walk rain or shine. All are invited. The walk will take place on the waterfront paved trail running between both ferry terminals (1 hour return trip). Meet at the east side of the Dartmouth ferry terminal. Find the trail at www.halifax.ca/walkhikebikehrm.
