It’s time for some summer fun!
Lace up, get active and join Heart & Stroke for some summer fun! In partnership with the Heartland Tour, Heart & Stroke is hosting walking tours in communities across our province. Take the first steps toward changing the future of heart disease and stroke.

Grab your friends, family, and neighbours and be part of the movement. Regardless of age, or experience, take the first steps towards a healthier tomorrow for our province. We believe life is worth fighting for. And we don’t want you to miss it.

July 11- Truro, Victoria Park, 11:00am
July 12- Annapolis Royal, Farmer’s and Trader’s Market in town, 10:00am (Interpretive walk)
