August 19th at Burncoathead Park in Noel, NS. The site of the highest recorded tides in the world. Come explore the ocean floor and participate in the 5k Tidal Run or with Heart&Stroke Walkabout ™ in the Family Tidal Walk or Run.
Registration opens at 8:00 am on August 19th.
5k Tidal Run race starts at 9:00 am
Heart&Stroke Walkabout ™ Family Walk or Run starts at 9:30 am.
