About Emily’s Walk
Emily began a walking journey around the coastline of Nova Scotia on May 13, 2010. Her goal has been to inspire Nova Scotians to form walking groups and journey towards better health and well-being.

From the moment Emily’s adventure began, she has been committed to promoting the vision of Heart and Stroke Walkabout — a revitalized culture of walking in Nova Scotia. Emily has encouraged people to get out and walk and to participate in the Walkabout program by tracking their steps at www.walkabout.ns.ca.
